PalliChat Brisbane south has 2 networks:
Brisbane South Compassionate Communities Interagency Network
About the Network
Compassionate communities are networks of support around people who are experiencing loss, ageing, dying, grief, and bereavement. This includes formal and informal health, social and community services, as well as informal supports including families, friends, groups and social clubs and networks. We believe that palliative care is everyone’s business.
The Brisbane South Compassionate Communities Interagency Network (BSCCIN) is an interagency network bringing together the agencies who provide the formal services and supports relevant to palliative care in the Brisbane South region.
Who can join?
Any organisation/agency who provides formal supports or services for older people living in the Brisbane south area who are experiencing loss, dying, grief and/or bereavement.
